Shipping Information:

All items are shipped within 2-3 business days. For security reason we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We have a 30 days return policy.

Authorized credit card refunds will be applied to credit card used for purchase..Merchandise must be in new condition, in original carton with UPC code and all packaging, accessories & manuals.

Jewelry: We are required to Receive all returns within 30 days from the Date Of Shipment. A 15% restocking fee is applied if the item is received after 30 days. After 31 days from the date of shipment, nothing will be accepted back.

Any order sent back without an RAN, non-defective remorse return, or refused by the recipient will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

1. Please contact us for a return authorization number (RAN) to place on the original sales slip and the outside shipping label. Do not write any jewelry related words on the outside box or shipping label, for example, do NOT write Diamonds or Jewelry. We can not be responsible for items stolen during return shipping. Double box the item and insure for the full value with a signature upon receipt. A delivery confirmation will not suffice as this can not assure that the package was indeed received by someone from our company.

2. In the box, please include the items, all boxes, certificates, original invoice, promotional items, and all other documents that you received in your original package. Please also include a small note that you are returning the item for a full refund.

Unfortunately, we are unable to pay for return shipping costs.
